Job Description

Position: Entry-Level Sales Representative
Industry: Third-Party Logistics
Location: 330 S Wells St
Compensation: Base salary starts at $40k(+, dependent on experience) + uncapped commission + full benefits!

Summary: If you are looking for an opportunity to directly impact the growth of a well-established, family-owned company, look no further.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will create your individual portfolio of accounts through research and prospecting while becoming consultative in providing logistics solutions based on individual customer needs.

This consultative style will provide the opportunity to navigate longer sales cycles and develop account-specific growth strategies. Accounts are maintained and grown through daily communication with customers and carriers while upholding BMM's commitment to service.

This is a sales- and business development-based role that involves the management of your own accounts, fostering a healthy relationship with the contacts that you have made to ensure optimal results.
