We are hiring General Laborers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

IMPORTANT: This is a MANUFACTURING position, NOT a warehouse position. Employees must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, standing on their feet for extended periods, performing repetitive physical tasks, and meeting production standards.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekends and overtime may be required
• Hours may vary depending on production orders and business needs
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to maintain reliable attendance

Job Responsibilities

• Operating metal bending equipment
• Operating resistance welding machines
• Hanging parts on a powder coating line
• Loading jigs for welders
• Cutting and drilling holes in tubing
• Working on an assembly line
• Moving and manipulating jigging fixtures
• Assembling products accurately and efficiently
• Inspecting workpieces for defects and ensuring products meet specifications
• Delivering materials and equipment to crew members as needed
• Following written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
• Communicating with supervisors regarding potential problems or process improvements
• Maintaining equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Supporting a culture of quality, accountability, efficiency, and teamwork
• Meeting standard production rates and daily production expectations
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30–50+ lbs
• Must be comfortable lifting heavy materials
• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to repeatedly bend, stretch, twist, reach, and move throughout the workday
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must be able to perform production functions at the required standard rate
• Reliable transportation required

Training & Growth Opportunities

Candidates with limited manufacturing experience may be considered if they have the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn. Qualified employees may receive cross-training in:

• Reading engineering drawings
• Machinery setups
• Manufacturing processes
• CNC equipment

Requirements

• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as required by production
• Must be able to meet production standards
• Must complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation is required
