We combine home exam kits, concierge‐like access, and AI‐enabled Pediatricians to provide affordable and near‐instant clinic‐level care, 24/7. We believe every child deserves access to top‐quality healthcare. We've proven this by drastically improving access and turning healthcare into a consumer‐grade experience, driving better health outcomes for children and families while dramatically reducing medical costs for parents and health plans (up to 50% reduction in ED costs).

The Opportunity Blueberry is on a mission to make high quality pediatric care available to everyone. In this role, you will join a wonderful community of physicians who are dedicated to that mission. Beyond that, you'll work remotely and enjoy: Practice high‐quality, evidence‐based medicine.

Your voice matters; our Chief Medical Officer is a pediatrician at the executive level. Community support: you may be home alone, but never feel alone; we are a community of doctors who help each other out. Who You Are Responsible and self‐motivated; we do not micromanage.

Collaborative; you partner with other doctors and the customer support team to ensure holistic patient care. Role Details / Requirements 1099 contract role. Minimum 20‐30 hours of on‐call time per week, predominantly (at least 75%) extended weekend hours (Friday 4 pm through Monday end of day EST).

Blueberry does not guarantee all hours be scheduled for pay during low‐volume months. May include some overnight hours (1 am – 7 am EST). Time frame subject to change.

When not on call, you pick up overflow visits compensated at $25 per overflow visit. Expected to accomplish at least 5 or more visits per hour. Higher hourly rate if you exceed that amount.

Experienced multitasker and well versed in managing an EMR. No conflict of interest with current job at competing pediatric telehealth company. Holiday Hour Requirement Major holidays – 6 hours total required (2 shifts).

Days around major holidays – 9 hours required (3 shifts). Minor holidays – 15 hours required (5 shifts). Why Work at Blueberry Contribute to a mission‐driven health‐tech company improving child healthcare experience.

Quarterly bonuses based on hours worked, quality of care, and feedback. Note: Blueberry may not guarantee the minimum 20 hours per week every month. Expected wage: $85‐100++/hr (calculated by on‐call hours + visits completed – ask for more info and we'll share compensation details).
