Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Construction Field/Office Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction to join our operations team. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenges, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings strong technical skills to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Utilize various software packages to process submittals and requests for information.
  • Utilize Bluebeam software to markup drawings and perform quantity takeoffs.
  • Understands how to compare drawing and specification requirements to products and drawings submitted by our trade partners so that these items can be submitted for design team and Owner approvals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and trade partners to solve project challenges.
  • Preference to candidates who can utilize AutoCAD and Revit to interpret and review design documents.
  • Participates in weekly project team meetings and is accountable for solving challenges assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction (required).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
