Job description

SALES ADVOCATE
Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT amp;T
Full-Time | Base Pay, Uncapped Commission
Paid 3-Week Training Provided. No Wireless Experience Required.
About the role:
Your phone is where you bank, shop, talk, stream, and navigate. It is not a luxury; it is infrastructure. As a Sales Advocate at Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT amp;T, you are the person who helps customers find the right device and plan to make all of that work.
This is real sales: conversations, problem-solving, and closing. Not register-watching. If you are naturally curious, great with people, and motivated by results you can see on your paycheck, BLW wants to hear from you.
Your effort = your earnings:
Base pay is just the floor. Commission is where this gets interesting. Top performers earn significantly more, and BLW will teach you exactly how to get there during your fully paid 3-week training.
You might be a fit if:
  • You can hold a real conversation with anyone, from first-time phone buyers to small business owners
  • You pick up new tech fast (iPads, POS systems, carrier apps) with no hand-holding needed
  • Monthly goals motivate you rather than stress you out
  • You listen to the customer first and sell second; the best solution wins the sale
What your day actually looks like:
  • Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
  • Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
  • Stay current on the latest AT amp;T products, promotions, and devices
  • Occasionally represent the brand at community events
  • Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for
  • Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
  • Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
What you need:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
Bonus points for:
  • Previous retail or sales experience
  • Bilingual skills
  • Hospitality background
  • Familiarity with wireless products and services
Physical requirements:
This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT amp;T, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
