SEO & Organic Growth Specialist

MyFunded Futures

Plano, TX โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 20 days ago

Job description

Own the Search. Own the Answer. Own the Traffic.

MyFundedFutures isn't just another prop firm. We're building the brand that funded traders actually search for whether that's a Google result, an AI-generated answer, or a recommendation from ChatGPT or Perplexity. We move fast, we ship bold, and we don't do boring. If you're someone who can turn a keyword gap into a ranked page, and a ranked page into the answer an AI engine actually cites, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do
  • Own organic growth strategy end-to-end across SEO and AEO: technical, on-page, content, off-page, and structured data
  • Run and act on technical SEO audits: site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
  • Build content and structure specifically to earn citations and placements in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.), not just traditional blue-link rankings
  • Build and maintain a keyword and query strategy across our full ecosystem: prop firm, trading platform, and brokerage-related search terms
  • Partner directly with Content and Web teams to make sure new pages, blog posts, and landing pages are built to rank and get cited from day one, not bolted on after the fact
  • Own competitive analysis across both traditional search and AI answer engines: track competitor rankings, citations, backlink profiles, and content gaps, and turn findings into action
  • Manage link-building and digital PR efforts to grow domain authority and third-party citations
  • Track and report on organic performance (rankings, AI citations, traffic, conversions) and tie it directly to business impact, not just vanity metrics
  • Stay ahead of search algorithm changes and the shift toward AI-mediated discovery before competitors adjust
What You Bring
  • A track record of growing organic traffic and rankings, ideally in fintech, trading, or a competitive/regulated industry
  • Working knowledge of AEO/GEO - how content gets surfaced and cited by AI models, not just how it ranks on Google
  • Strong technical SEO chops: you can read a crawl report and prioritize fixes without needing a developer to translate it for you
  • Comfort with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or similar)
  • Sharp content instincts: you know what makes a page both rank/get cited and actually convert
  • Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
  • Speed without sacrificing rigor. We operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities across a small, fast-scaling company
  • A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where the best idea wins, not the loudest title
Bonus Points
  • Experience in fintech, trading, or another heavily regulated/competitive SEO vertical
  • Hands-on experience optimizing content specifically for citation in AI answer engines, with results to show for it
  • A track record of link-building or digital PR that moved real domain authority, not just placements
  • Technical background (HTML/CSS familiarity, structured data/schema markup, or comfort working directly with developers on implementation)
Why Us
  • Ground-floor opportunity to build the organic growth function at one of the fastest-growing names in funded futures trading
  • A team that moves with startup speed and cares about doing things right
  • Real ownership: your strategy will directly shape how traders discover the brand, whether through a search engine or an AI assistant
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • A culture built on edge, execution, and no fluff
