Blow Molding (Bottle Line Personnel)

Job title: Bottle Machine operator

Work Location: Production Floor

Division/Department: Blow Molding

Reports to: Line Leads on each shift\Operations Manager

n Full-time


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Bottle machine operators are required to pull the product out of the machine after each cycle. Associates must trim excess plastic off of the bottle and then add accessory according to customer requirements and perform all required quality checks.

·         Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

·         Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

·         Associates are required to always maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times.

·         Able to work in close proximity with other employees.

·         Willing to pay attention to details and point out anything that does not conform to requirements.

·         Able to take instructions from engineers on sites.

·         Able to keep areas clean and organized at all times

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·         Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with management.

·         Must be able to pass general drug screen exam.

·         Must have reliable transportation.

·         Able to work well with others.

·         Able to complete a full shift hour without complications.

 

Physical Requirements: :

·         Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

·         Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

·         Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

·         Position requires associates to perform, lifting, bending, twisting motions throughout the shift.

·         Must be able to work in Hot and cold conditions.
