As a remote telehealth provider, you will engage in virtual therapy sessions, offering flexibility to both you and your clients. • Conduct thorough and detailed assessments to understand client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities to provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and actively monitor their progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide accessible teletherapy options to cater to clients experiencing barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations.

Our clientele includes a diverse group of individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored therapy that meets the unique needs of each client, fostering a supportive environment for healing.

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaboratively address their concerns.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental disposition is essential in supporting clients through their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle client appointments and documentation.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have prior experience in telehealth settings and a robust understanding of various therapeutic modalities. Experience working with diverse populations and an enthusiasm for professional growth through mentorship or peer support will also be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include flexible work schedules, administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, as well as reimbursement for continuing education.
