It's up to you to make it happen.
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Bloomberg's next-generation advertising measurement, targeting, and performance optimization products. This role sits at the intersection of data science, ad tech, and product innovation, and will define how Bloomberg's advertising clients measure efficiency, optimize campaigns, and activate audiences across platforms - all with a strong foundation in data integrity, privacy, and transparency.
You will own the end-to-end product experience for measurement, data, and reporting solutions that empower advertisers and internal stakeholders to derive actionable insights and demonstrate value at scale across display and video. Partnering closely with engineering, data science, product marketing, and sales, you'll shape the roadmap for scalable, data-driven advertising solutions that align with Bloomberg's mission to deliver trusted, high-performance advertising experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for Bloomberg's advertising measurement, data, and targeting ad products, defining how success is measured, optimized, and communicated across video and display
  • Develop an understanding of Bloomberg's ad platforms, ad product ecosystem, audience and signals; recommending new opportunities and products.

  • Collaborate with global engineering and data science teams to develop advanced ML-based optimization and targeting capabilities, including modelled audiences and predictive performance insights.
  • Drive innovation in ad reporting by developing API-based, real-time analytics and performance dashboards that improve transparency and advertiser confidence.

  • Work cross-functionally across Bloomberg Media, Sales, and Product to ensure measurement solutions drive meaningful business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evolve KPIs - including CPA, CPI, ROAS, and engagement metrics - using experimentation frameworks to guide optimization, ensuring that Bloomberg is well positioned to deliver campaign ROI. Collaborate with Data Science and Insights to build scalable measurable on what KPI frameworks.
  • Represent Bloomberg's thought leadership in the advertising and data measurement space, staying ahead of industry trends such as cookie deprecation, differential privacy, and the rise of clean rooms

WHO YOU ARE
  • Experienced leader with 6+ years in product management focused on ad tech, data platforms, or measurement/analytics products.
  • Deep understanding of advertising measurement methodologies, including attribution, incrementality, and multi-touch modelling.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, data pipelines, identity systems, and large-scale data architectures.
  • Proven track record to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights that advise business and product strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and comfort with SQL or data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to align diverse teams and present clearly to executives and clients alike.
