Job Title: AWM - Operations - XIG Invmt Oversight - Analyst

Work Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay rate: $23/hour



Basic Qualifications

• Prefer 1 to 5 years of professional experience.

• Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.

• Strong attention to detail and experience producing complex customized client materials with highest degree of accuracy.

• Advanced or highly proficient with Excel. Candidate is also expected to demonstrate adaptability to other software products.

• Effective interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and demonstrate a willingness to take on more responsibility.


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry.

• Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities.

• Be a strategic thinker, possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions.

• Possess experience in risk management concepts and processes.

• Risk & Controls: Built tools and dashboards to monitor exposures, limits, and portfolio risk, ensuring compliance.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinated with trading, risk, and operations teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

• Client & Operational Focus: Managed accounts with attention to detail, supporting transactions and accurate reporting.

• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative background with Excel, Bloomberg, Python, and Tableau; CFA-achieved.
