Description:About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow our digital presence across social media, Google Ads, content marketing, blogs, SEO, email campaigns, and website initiatives.

This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing paid and organic campaigns, supporting lead generation, analyzing performance, and helping drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized project manager, and data-driven marketer who can manage campaigns from strategy through execution.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

· Own and manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.

· Manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

· Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media copy, website content, ad copy, email copy, landing pages, and campaign assets.

· Manage the company's blog strategy, including topic planning, writing, editing, publishing, and SEO optimization.

· Support email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, event promotions, and content distribution.

· Support CRM and marketing automation activities, including lead capture, segmentation, workflows, campaign tracking, and reporting.

· Optimize website content and landing pages to improve traffic, engagement, conversions, and user experience.

· Track and report on digital marketing performance across social media, paid media, website, SEO, email, and CRM channels.

· Partner with sales, leadership, design, vendors, and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:QualificationsRequired

· 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, social media, or a related role.

· Experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.

· Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

· Ability to create content for blogs, social media, websites, emails, ads, landing pages, and digital campaigns.

· Understanding lead generation, lead nurturing, campaign tracking, and digital reporting.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations.

· Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

· Experience with HubSpot CRM but not required

· Experience creating and managing campaigns, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, lists, workflows, and reports

· Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, website forms, and analytics platforms.

· Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, technology, professional services, or a similar industry.

· Basic design or video editing experience

· Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
