We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and strengthen the organizations quality assurance program.
This role is responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures
  • Conduct audits and inspections of production processes
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives
  • Lead and mentor quality control personnel
  • Investigate and resolve customer quality issues
  • Implement corrective and preventive action programs (CAPA)
  • Oversee product testing and validation processes
  • Maintain quality documentation and compliance records
  • Serve as the management representative for ISO 9001 and AS9100 systems

  • Prepare quality performance reports for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years working with quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with statistical analysis and quality tools
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software
