Aphios Corporation, a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing proprietary nanotechnology-enabled therapeutics, is seeking a Board Director focused on Strategic Corporate Partnerships as the company prepares for future capital formation and public-market readiness (NASDAQ/NYSE uplisting).

Role Focus
  • Structuring and executing strategic partnerships with large pharma and biotech
  • Licensing, co-development, and commercialization agreements
  • Building long-term alliances that drive enterprise and shareholder value
  • Supporting business development strategy and deal execution
Ideal Background
  • Former Head / VP / SVP of Business Development or Corporate Strategy at a major pharma or biotech company
  • Proven experience in multi-million or billion-dollar licensing / co-development deals
