Reporting to Manager, Biopharma Project Management the Biopharma Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management, coordination, and implementation relative to Biopharma antibody discovery, optimization, proprietary libraries, and other related businesses of Twist Biopharma. The position manages all communications required to initiate and complete each biopharma project to the satisfaction of the customer, as follows:Communication with customers, the Antibody Engineering and Protein Production teams, the Business Development team, Twist Finance, and Twist Legal, including, but not limited to, executed Agreements (contracts), project proposal details, COGS, pricing and quotes, statements of work, shipments and invoicing.What You'll Be Doing Respond directly or direct all incoming inquiries from customers and the business development team to the appropriate expertise within the Biopharma Project Team; respond quickly and professionally with the information provided by the Biopharma Project Team in response to all customer and internal inquiries; maintain recordsDevelop a general knowledge of typical Biopharma Project workflowsMonitor and report "real time" on the status of all Biopharma commercial (revenue-generating) projects in-process; attend weekly Biopharma team meetingsMaintain and update transparent, accessible list of Biopharma WIPMaintain accurate, timely records in all systems to allow for up-to-date reportingManage communication between existing and new customers and the internal team providing project fulfillment details and deliverables; provide written updates on project progress as agreed with certain customersWork with Finance to support the development and implementation of a standard process to invoice Biopharma customers in an expeditious manner as and when requiredMaintain a "real-time" revenue reporting system that includes all customer (revenue-generating) biopharma projects (including TCR library products)Working with Product Management, the Biopharma team, and Finance, develop a Biopharma menu of services and sub-services with accurate COGS and end-user pricing to support customer quotes and proposalsAssist Finance with navigating through the payments processed for invoiced milestonesIndirectly manage Biopharma project capacity to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve business goals, report capacity issuesWorking with key customers, develop processes to manage order intake, process progression, shipment/delivery, and sharing of project informationParticipate in training the sales teams and support selling activities as appropriateSupport the creation of content collateral and product messaging to convey value proposition to target marketsAny other "ad hoc" projects not listed above as required from time to timeFollow regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements What You'll Bring to the Team 5+ years of relevant work experience in the life sciences or related field, with >2 years in a customer-facing roleRequires Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
