Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds: 467 with new 26 bed IRF
• Number of Staff: approximately 40
• Type of Staff: PT
o Day Shift: 8-430 or 9-530
o Night Shift: NA
• Patient Ratios - 1:1
• Type of Equipment: treadmill, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, BITS
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Call Requirements: rotating weekends
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have : (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH )
• BLS
• PT license in Florida
List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):
• 1.5 long treatment sessions, attending team conferences
Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
• IRF or SNF experience

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color - light gray
