Base salary range of $80,000-$85,000, plus a highly competitive uncapped commission plan. Commission begins on the first dollar sold, providing significant earning potential for top performers.

What you can expect:

As a Medical Supply Account Manager (MSAM), you will be responsible for developing new business within untapped markets. You will be calling on various organizations within your territory including Complex Rehab Centers, Spina Bifida Centers, Hospital/Hospital Systems, and Urological Specialists/Centers selling items in our Medical Supply Division - Catheters, Incontinence, Ostomy, and Wound Care Products.

  • Prospect new leads and reach out to educate them on Numotion's mobility solutions
  • Develop relationships with the decision makers of clinical accounts
  • Make product recommendations to the client that best suite their needs
  • Build internal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) within Numotion

What you need to succeed:

To be successful as an MSAM with Numotion you'll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling, referrals, regular follow-up, and other creative techniques. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once - time management in this role is vital. Additionally, you'll need to be highly self-motivated as you'll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field (i.e. Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Biomedical Engineering, etc.) highly preferred; work experience can substitute for a college degree
  • Minimum three (3) or more years within an outside sales role required
  • Background in Urology, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), Home Health, Pharmaceutical, or Wound Care fields highly preferred
  • Understanding of Medicare Documentation preferred
  • Exceptional sales experience, including strategic territory & account planning experience
  • Enthusiasm/Motivation, a self-starter
  • The ability to create and give presentations with creativity & independence
  • Willingness to travel in vehicle for 60% of the day over a large geographic territory
