We support hospitals, surgery centers, endoscopy centers, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our mission is to provide peace of mind for SPD & Clinical/Biomedical Engineering managers by ensuring highest reliability of equipment and being a one call service provider for all SPD equipment.

We’re growing and looking for Field Service Engineers who are ready to hit the ground running and grow their careers with us.

Position Overview As a Field Service Engineer I-II (FSE), you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sterile processing equipment, including:

• Steam Sterilizers / Autoclaves

• Washer-Disinfectors

• Endoscope Reprocessors

• Cart Washers and Ultrasonic Cleaners

• General Biomed Equipment

This is a field-based role, where you'll work independently (after training period) at client sites, ensuring sterile processing departments are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility will be to perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance.

• Emergency repair assistance for SPD Equipment

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

• Calibrate and validate equipment performance to meet compliance standards

• Document work performed through clear and accurate service reports

• Communicate with clients and internal team members in a timely, professional manner

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory

• Adhere to company safety protocols while working on-site

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $20-35/hour + overtime (Time + Half)

This is payable in bi-weekly installments, subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law.

Hourly Wage Range:

▪ FSE I ($20 - $27)

▪ FSE II ($28 - $35)

▪ FSE III ($36 – $42)

▪ FSE IV ($43 - $50)

▪ FSE V ($51+)

• 100% Healthcare Coverage: Estimated Monthly Value of $925 - Medical, Dental, and Vision (100% For Employee, 50% coverage for spouse/family). Available after the first monthly starting health coverage period, after 30 days from Employment Start Date.

• Vehicle: You will receive a work vehicle provided by Sierra Biomed with all work-related expenses covered. • 401(k) Plan: opt-in retirement savings available. Available after 90 days from Employment Start Date.

• 10 Paid Holidays

• 5 Sick Days

• 10 Personal Days annually

• Overtime can be traded in for additional time off, instead of taking it as part of the paycheck.

• Ongoing training and support for certifications and equipment updates

Employment At-Will: Please note that this offer of employment is for an “at-will” position. This means that either you or Sierra Biomed, LLC may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause with a minimum 2-week notice, subject to any applicable laws.
