Our current opening is for a Fire Safety Service Field Engineer (Technician). The Fire Safety Service Field Engineer is responsible for programming and troubleshooting Fire Alarm systems. Applicant must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: Fire Systems, Common Electrical Instruments and their usage, Local and Wide Area Networking, Life Safety and Security Codes/Standards. Additional responsibilities include:
โ€ข Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer's location.
โ€ข Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
โ€ข Ability to work with hand tools for mounting, assembling, testing, and programming systems.
