Dana TM4 développe et fabrique des moteurs électriques, générateurs, électronique de puissance et systèmes de contrôle de haut et bas voltage pour les marchés des véhicules commerciaux, passagers, de sports ou de loisirs ainsi que pour les secteurs maritimes, ferroviaires et miniers.
Dana TM4 contribue aux plus hautes efficacités possibles de conversion d’énergie grâce à son expertise en moteurs à aimants permanents, en gestion thermique, en bobinage, en topologie de rotor externe et en algorithmes de contrôle.
À titre de stagiaire en concepteur mécanique, vous vous joindrez à l’équipe d’Ingénierie avancée, intégrée au département d’ingénierie responsable du développement de moteurs de traction et de produits électroniques haute tension pour véhicules électriques.
Vous contribuerez à la mission de l’équipe d’Ingénierie avancée d’amener à maturité les nouvelles technologies et innovations permettant aux moteurs et produits électroniques développés de se démarquer.
L’équipe est appelée à soutenir les différentes feuilles de route technologiques maintenues par les groupes de développement de produits et de planification de produits, ainsi que par les représentants des unités d’affaire des véhicules légers, commerciaux et hors route. L’équipe est responsable de mener à terme des projets d’évaluation et de démonstration technologique, et de mitigation de risques techniques, puis d’en partager les résultats. Elle doit en sus promouvoir et soutenir le transfert technologique en partenariat avec les équipes de développement de produits.
- Mener et/ou participer à la conception et au développement de nouvelles technologies moteur haute vitesse et onduleur de traction ou leurs composants en considérant des contraintes multiphysiques
- Modéliser et dessiner les pièces et assemblages de prototypes de moteurs, de produits électroniques et de preuves de concept expérimentales
- Réaliser les calculs de chaines de cotes
- Produire des dessins de fabrication sous supervision
- Mener ou participer aux différentes étapes d’un projet d’Ingénierie avancée incluant l’identification des objectifs et des risques, la planification des activités, la conception, l’approvisionnement et la fabrication de prototypes, la validation expérimentale, la documentation, et le partage des résultats
- Collaborer au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire (Électromagnétisme, Électronique, Logiciel, Mécanique) vers l’atteinte d’objectifs et la résolution de problèmes
- Mener ou soutenir des tests en laboratoire et en salle d’essais
- Superviser et soutenir le travail des techniciens et assembleurs lorsque requis
- Mener et participer à des analyses de risques et modes de défaillance
- Intégrer les principes de sureté de fonctionnement
- Contribuer à établir, maintenir et améliorer les processus
- Mener ou participer à des revues de conception des projets d’Ingénierie avancée en impliquant des membres des groupes de développement de produits
- Participer à des revues de conception des groupes de développement de produits
- Maintenir une bonne connaissance de l’état de l’art à l’interne et à l’externe afin de proposer des ajustements avisés aux projets d’Ingénierie avancée
- Collaborer avec des partenaires internes et externes à Dana, dont des entreprises spécialisées, des laboratoires nationaux ou des Universités, localement et à l’international
Baccalauréat en génie mécanique en cours
- Expérience avec logiciel de CAO (Atout : NX)
- Connaissance de base du tolérancement géométrique et dimensionnel (GD&T)
- Curiosité, débrouillardise, autonomie, et prise de décision orientée vers les résultats

- Connaissance des procédés de fabrication de pièces en métal et en plastique

Le stage sera réalisé sous la supervision directe du responsable technique en conception au sein du groupe d’ingénierie avancée. La semaine de travail est de 37,5 heures débutant au plus tard chaque matin à 9 h et peut inclure du télétravail suivant une demande du stagiaire. Dana TM4 offre un service de navette à partir du métro Longueuil le matin et le soir afin de faciliter les déplacements vers le site de Boucherville.
