- Receiving, storing, and processing veal glands/organs
- Receiving, storing, and processing organic vegetables cultures
- Detail cleaning/sanitizing of processing rooms including dry rooms, walk-in cold room, culture room and Bio Lab
- Detail cleaning/sanitizing processing equipment and utensils: mills, planetary mixer, stand mixer, steam kettle, boiler, meat grinder.
- Correctly filling out the appropriate documentation including processing batch records, identification boards and logs
- Storing, using, and disposing of Acetone in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Daily monitoring of dry rooms, cold rooms, and freezer storage temperatures
- Operating mills, planetary mixer, stand mixer, steam kettle, boiler, meat grinder
- Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and leads/supervisors.
- Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach to managing challenging situations
- Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
