The Billing SME Lead validates billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customerimpact scenarios, and operational readiness. The role provides billing quality advisory and operational validation focused on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT signoff, firstcycle readiness, and hypercare rootcause analysis. This position delivers reviewed requirements, edgecase documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issueresolution guidance. Critical capabilities include deep revenuebilling operations knowledge, regulatory and customerimpact understanding, exceptionmanagement expertise, complexrate proficiency, billcompare skill, and productionstabilization experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customerimpact scenarios, and operational readiness
