Overview

Gibbon Packing, LLC an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a HR Assistant - Billing at our Gibbon, NE plant. 

As HR Assistant - Billing, you will:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Department
  • Enter data into the payroll and HR systems accurately, consistently, and timely.
  • Coordinate acknowledgement efforts for plant anniversaries.
  • Assist in the coordination of plant meals and special events.
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee files.
  • Maintain a professional presence and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
  • Work with sales to accurately prepare billing documents for outgoing loads including exports
  • Answer incoming calls during working hours

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years human resource or clerical experience
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities
  • Must be a proactive self-starter with strong quality control focus and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in business, human resources, or related disciplines
  • Previous experience using UKG, iCims, or Workforce Management
