Parts Specialist - Part Time
Our Omaha location is currently in search of a part time Parts Specialist. This position would be responsible for:
  • Inventory management
  • Ordering parts
  • Providing quotes for parts as needed
  • Shipping and Receiving stock, including truck freight
  • Performing stock returns
  • Bill out parts to service department work orders and deliver to service technicians
  • Completing required paperwork for purchases, operates cash register and credit card machine
  • Verifying that all billing is invoiced and the merchandise is received without overage, shortage, or damage
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and efficient record system
  • Operating computer system to locate specific parts to meet customers' need
  • Work the counter in Retail Store and assisting walk-in Customers
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting in locating products
  • Other duties may be assigned

This is a part time position with varying shifts that may include weekends. Overtime may be required during spring and summer months.
Requirements
We require the applicant has at least 1-2 years's experiences in a face-to-face customer service role. Must have experience operating a cash register system and basic computer usage. This position requires moving heavy objects, up to 75 pounds. We prefer the applicant has knowledge of recreational vehicle or auto parts, but it is not required. Excellent customer service skills are required.
