Insurance Account Manager - HoustonWe are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to support client relationships, provide exceptional service, and assist with account growth opportunities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate insurance products, resolve issues, and ensure they receive the coverage and support they need. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building strong client relationships, managing account communication, and providing solutions related to policies, enrollment, billing, and claims. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both customers and insurance carriers to deliver a high level of service.
Responsibilities• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client questions regarding coverage, premiums, policies, enrollment, and claims. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and account support. 
• Conduct account outreach to verify information, provide updates, and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction. 
• Assist customers with the claims process and help resolve issues with insurance carriers, including billing concerns and coverage questions. 
• Support new client enrollment processes, including gathering information, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. 
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services based on client needs. 
• Assist with marketing initiatives and client communication efforts. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems. 
• Present and explain company products and services to prospective and existing customers. 
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring timely follow-up. 
Qualifications• Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
