Job description

To assist with the supervision the successful and profitable completion of projects. This is a critical support position where you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed in time and under budget while maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Reporting Relationship(s): Project Manager

Responsibilities: Supervision of entire projects including Superintendents, Foremen, and Subcontractors.

Workplace: Office environment with job sites in Metro Atlanta Area.

Bilingual: Must be fluent in Korean

Day to Day Tasks:

Conduct meetings with superintendents.

Assign personnel and teams to daily tasks.

Supervise personnel so that everything is done according to 5 Points and government standards and in a professional and proficient manner.

Communicate effectively with project manager regarding status of job.

Manage materials so that products arrive on time, are organized and stored so that none is lost, and are easily accessible so as to keep production high.

Provide superintendents with everything needed to run the project.

Keep abreast of worker performance.

Communicate with GC and other trades regarding project status.

Use technology to improve communication and efficiency.

Handling financial aspects of project.

Perform site visits.

Create Submittals.

Long term planning of project.

Handling change orders.

Quality control inspections.

Enforce 5 Points Safety Handbook and Employee Handbook.

Represent 5 Points Electrical in a professional manner.

Drive growth and profitability through effective project execution.

Ensure schedule requirements are met; adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and project requirements.
