Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in Japan regarding shipment arrangements, product development, purchase orders, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant internal teams and group companies as needed.
  • Manage shipments and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process quotations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Practical knowledge of international trade operations, including:
    • Ability to read and understand commercial invoices.
    • Understanding of Incoterms and payment terms.
    • Basic understanding of the information and terms contained in Bills of Lading (B/L).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and basic formulas/functions.
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Other duties maybe assigned as necessary.
