As the first point of contact for our valued patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming, seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Registration: Efficiently check-in patients, collect demographic and billing/insurance information.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments with precision and accuracy.
  • Payment Handling: Receive patient payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Hub: Answer and screen telephone calls, deliver messages promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Independence and Initiative: Handle patient complaints, address billing inquiries, and take on self-directed projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1 year of customer service-related experience.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a face paced environment.
  • Effective communication and ability to use multi-line telephones.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Cash handling experience in retail or office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:

  • Hourly/Non-Exempt: $21.00-$21.75 per hour
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Weekend Differential: This position receives base hourly pay along with an extra $10.00 for each hour worked on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
