Bilingual Fulfillment Supervisor - Carpentersville, IL

$60,000 - $75,000 annually

We are a rapidly growing manufacturer in the battery production industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers across multiple markets. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our growth.

This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on warehouse operations by leading fulfillment activities, developing team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure efficient day-to-day fulfillment operations
  • Oversee the movement of products through receiving, order processing, packing, and outbound shipping
  • Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and dispatched within established timelines
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to warehouse team members
  • Promote a culture of safety by enforcing company standards and best practices throughout the facility
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, production, and customer support teams to maintain smooth workflow and on-time deliveries
  • Address inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and day-to-day operational challenges in a timely manner
  • Maintain warehouse organization and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and audit-ready
  • Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements to support business needs
  • Utilize warehouse management and reporting systems to monitor inventory, track performance, and support decision-making

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing operations
  • ERP system experience required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
