Job description

We’re hiring a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Supervisor to work directly with HotelPro, overseeing hotel staffing operations, supporting our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. You’ll be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each hotel property has the staffing and support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders
  • Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members
  • Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team Members
  • Respond quickly to client and staffing needs
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance
  • Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture
What You'll Bring
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!
  • 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor
  • Schedule flexibility to work as business needs require; including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)
