Job description

Summary
This position will support the COO of the Americas with travel and communications, including interpretation and translation, as well as assist the Executive Team when necessary.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Support the President/COO of the company and Japanese nationals with scheduling, general administrative tasks, miscellaneous projects, taking minutes and meeting travel logistics, inclusive of event planning.
  • English-Japanese translation and interpretation.
  • Creating, checking and guiding RINGIs (Corporate Governance).Training/Guiding RINGIs/Intramart and Updating RINGI and Intramart documents/manuals
  • Provide information of ARKRAY culture/philosophy/topics to all employees of ARKRAY US.
  • Communicate effectively with ARKRAY headquarters in Japan and its other subsidiaries, President/CEO of the company and executives/employees.
  • Interdepartmental administrative duties as needed
  • Checking, reviewing, making reports, and extracting data from Sales Force and Qlik Sense, Sales Administration duties as needed.
  • Coordinating and handling incoming and outcoming packages as needed
  • Draft communications to respective personnel on behalf of the President/COO.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and working on confidential business initiatives.
  • The company reserves the right to assign other job duties as needed.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese - must be fluent for both interpretation and translation
  • Two or more years of Administration experience required.
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office software required.
  • College degree in related field preferred.
