Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years' experience in civil engineering design or construction. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Four to ten years' experience in design and construction of civil engineering projects. Professional Engineer; Certified Construction Manager.
