Required Qualifications:
12+ years as a Technical BA/System BA in financial services.
Fluent bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
8+ years' experience in Risk Technology, Exposure Management, or Counterparty Credit Risk platforms.
8+ years of experience in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) , PFE / EPE calculations, Collateral and margin management, Credit limits and utilization monitoring
8+ years' experience in financial products such as OTC derivatives, ETD, SFT
Strong mix of:
Business analysis
Risk domain expertise
Production support
SQL and data analysis
Stakeholder management
JIRA, Confluence
Agile / SDLC methodologies
