Bilingual Business Analyst - Retail
Location: Miami, FL 33182
Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote day; Fridays preferred)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 annually
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst l to support assortment management and ensure the successful execution of regional promotions across multiple countries. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in category planning, merchandising, or marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support assortment management, including new product listings, extensions, and delistings.
  • Maintain vendor and product information within the assortment management system.
  • Coordinate regional product launches and promotional rollouts.
  • Create and manage promotions within the promotional planning tool.
  • Prepare monthly assortment performance reports by vendor, brand, and SKU.
  • Track and report assortment and promotional KPIs.
  • Collaborate with category, marketing, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
  • Resolve assortment discrepancies and support master data updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, business, merchandising, category planning, or related role preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in category management, marketing, merchandising, FMCG, beauty, or travel retail is a plus, but not required.
