Job Description:
We are seeking a Planning Analyst to support the Planning Department by analyzing business data and preparing reports on performance, forecasts, and market conditions. This role will contribute to strategic and operational planning to support business objectives.
Proficiency in Japanese and English (bilingual level) is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, budgets, and data summaries
  • Analyze sales, inventory, backlog, and performance metrics against budget plans
  • Support sales forecasting and CRM pipeline analysis
  • Develop presentation materials and reports for management meetings
  • Manage and analyze data for sales-related projects and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare related materials
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
