Company intro:

We are a B2B company specializing in sales and distribution of cutting and fabrication tools supporting manufacturers and suppliers.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ohio team in an Inside Sales & Inventory support role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, who is highly organized, is detail oriented, and wants to grow alongside our company.


Job description:

Your role will be on-site work, where your responsibilities will be a hybrid between an Inside Sales role and Inventory/Logistical support role. The inside sales responsibilities will be to quote and process orders, as well as keep track of logistics for those orders. The Inventory responsibilities include on-site inventory checks at customer locations, ordering, processing and delivery of needed equipment, handling of the equipment (up to 15lbs), and data analysis of the trends of those inventory items.

Both roles will require proficiency and literacy of Excel. You will be required to understand the spreadsheets that are being used, alter or create new spreadsheets, and be able to analyze thisdata.


Preferred skills/abilities:

Logistical Aptitude: Prior experience or strong foundational skills in logistics and operational support 

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep track of multiple moving responsibilities. 

Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Excel for multi-site inventory tracking, data manipulation, and trend analysis. 

Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly and professional demeanor. Can both work in a team and independently. 

Japanese-English Bilingual: Ability to use both Japanese and English would be greatly preferred. Not required.


Physical requirements:

Ability to travel up to 3 hours round trip from our office at Plain City. Ability to lift 15+ pounds

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location:
