Roofing Sales Representative / Neighborhood Sales Team Lead

Company Name: BigHorn Roofing

Location: Midvale, UT 84047 (Regional Neighborhood Deployment)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday

Project Scope: Residential Roofing Sales & Community Canvassing Operations

Pay Structure: 100% Commission with Lucrative Profit Splits

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+ per year

The Opportunity

Command Neighborhood Dominance with Utahโ€™s Fastest-Growing Residential Roofer.

BigHorn Roofing is seeking a high-caliber Roofing Sales Representative / Neighborhood Sales Team Lead to take absolute control of our community expansion initiatives out of Midvale. Completing approximately 600 residential roofing projects annually across multiple Utah markets, our firm stands as an aggressive, high-volume leader in the region.

This is not a blind, cold door-knocking role. This position is strategically designed for an elite field-driven sales operator who knows how to leverage an active, high-volume installation pipeline into exponential market share. BCI has a massive infrastructure of inbound warm leads handled by Account Executives, and we need a team leader with an existing crew or the capability to build one rapidly who can capitalize on our active job sites to dominate entire neighborhoods. If you want to align with a top-performing, operationally sound roofing company that provides the pipeline, financial back-end, and uncapped profit splits to push your earnings well past $200K, BigHorn Roofing is your ultimate destination.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will hold total operational responsibility for neighborhood market saturation, team production metrics, and localized field sales execution:
  • Neighborhood Domination: Command and deploy a specialized neighborhood canvassing or roofing sales team directly into communities where BigHorn Roofing is actively installing roofs, utilizing current builds as structural leverage.
  • Pipeline Generation: Orchestrate the rapid generation of qualified roofing inspection appointments and structural contingency agreements through direct, professional homeowner consultation.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage field sales reps or canvas crews, instilling a high-energy, competitive closing mentality across the entire team.
  • Cross-Functional Synchronization: Coordinate seamless handoffs between your field team, warm-lead Account Executives, and production crews to ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Stewardship & Follow-Up: Maintain an aggressive, highly professional presence within communities during construction cycles, building trust with surrounding neighbors to create a ripple effect of incoming contracts.
  • Strategic Field Marketing: Develop and execute localized neighborhood marketing strategies, creating high urgency and sales momentum centered around company job sites.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • Sales Production: Proven, referenceable track record generating consistent residential roofing contracts or high-volume home services sales.
  • Leadership Capability: Strong background leading or managing canvassing teams, D2D crews, or field sales professionals with minimal corporate oversight.
  • Physical & Logistics Assets: Possession of reliable personal transportation and the physical capability to work outdoors in neighborhoods daily, including carrying and safely setting up ladders when necessary.
  • Core Skills: Elite interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills with an innate ability to build rapid trust with homeowners.

Highly Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience in residential roofing sales, insurance restoration/contingency sales, or high-volume door-to-door (D2D) team leadership.
  • Prior success managing lead generation pipelines in highly competitive spaces like solar sales, pest control, or home service canvassing.
  • Candidates bringing an existing, high-performing roofing sales or canvassing team will be given immediate priority.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

We reward aggressive field production, team leadership, and neighborhood market capture with an elite, wealth-building rewards structure:

  • Uncapped Earnings: 100% Commission structure paired with a competitive, performance-driven profit split yielding on-target earnings of $200,000.00+ annually.
  • Lucrative Incentives: High-performance production bonuses and Year-End Bonus eligibility for top-performing team leaders.
  • Health & Security: Comprehensive Medical Insurance coverage options to support you and your family.
  • Future Wealth: Access to a company-backed Retirement Savings Program to lock in your long-term financial goals.
  • Work-Life Balance: A structured, full-time Monday through Friday scheduleโ€”allowing you to maximize weekend rest cycles.
  • Operational Assets: Full structural backing including ongoing professional sales training, advanced roofing technology, and established lead-generation data infrastructure.
