Our family has been serving West Texas since 1978, and we are looking for Team Members who want to be part of something meaningful. This is a great opportunity for students, high achievers, homeschoolers, and anyone who wants to grow in responsibility, work ethic, communication, and service.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, teachable, and ready to work hard. A great Team Member at Bigham’s has a positive attitude, communicates clearly, takes pride in doing things the right way, and understands that every guest matters.
This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and team-focused. You will help prepare and serve food that looks great, tastes great, and meets Bigham’s standards every time. You will also help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.

What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you will:
  • Work with a team-first attitude
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and often
  • Prepare and serve food according to Bigham’s standards
  • Build plates accurately and with attention to detail
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
  • Follow food safety, health, and cleanliness standards
  • Help with dishes, cleaning, restocking, and other tasks as needed
  • Run food to guests and interact with customers in a friendly way
  • Stay flexible and willing to help wherever the team needs you
  • Slow down when needed to make sure the job is done right
  • Represent Bigham’s with a positive attitude and a spirit of service
