Join our Biggby Family as a Barista, where your passion for coffee and exceptional customer service will shine! In this role, youll craft delicious beverages and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Youll be the heart of our Coffee Shop, ensuring that every beverage is served to perfection while providing an unforgettable experience for each customer. If youre enthusiastic about coffee culture and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What youll do
  • Prepare and serve a variety of high quality beverages and food items with precision and flair.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an energetic work environment that fosters teamwork.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to retail math principles.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Our hours of operation:
Monday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm and Sundays 7 am - 6 pm
Our latest shift starts no later than 2 pm. NO LATE NIGHTS
Pay:
Payed training $13.00/hr
Pay after training: $13/hr plus tips
Basic qualifications
