Position Overview:

We're looking for friendly, dependable, and positive individuals to join our team as Baristas. If you have a passion for coffee and a talent for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! No prior experience? No problem! We offer a paid and comprehensive training to help you become a professional barista.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Operate coffee machines and other time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Handle cash and process transactions accurately

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation

Qualifications:

Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude

Dependable and reliable, with strong organizational skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Prior experience in a customer service or barista role is a plus, but not required
