Haus of Brunch is looking for an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional barista or café experience, a strong passion for coffee and craft beverages, and a deep understanding of quality service and beverage preparation.

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks—including coffee, specialty teas, mocktails, and fresh juices—while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. Your role will also include menu innovation, maintaining a clean and efficient station, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring consistency across all beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Crafting & Quality Control
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, mocktails, and juices to recipe and presentation standards
• Customize drinks based on guest preferences and dietary needs

Customer Service & Guest Engagement

• Report maintenance needs or low inventory to management

Cleanliness & Safety Compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Barista or in a high-volume café/hospitality role
    • Strong expertise in espresso, milk steaming, coffee brewing, and drink customization
