Overview:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for verifying inventory that is produced by production, taking care of customers through the order fulfillment process, and working with vendors such as UPS & FedEx for Shipping and Receiving inquiries.
Shift Available: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.
Training Shift: TBD.
Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hr based on experience.

What you'll do
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and package orders for shipment, including both freight and small parcel.
  • Inventory Management: Navigate aisles, rows, and shelves to organize and maintain inventory using forklifts, stand-up lifts, and pallet jacks.
  • Receiving Materials: Count and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and defects. Report discrepancies or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized at all times.
  • Consumables Tracking: Monitor inventory levels of clam shells, boxes, cores, and other consumables.
  • Rolling Inventory Counts: Regularly perform inventory counts of materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with system records.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all department safety practices.
  • Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and processes diligently.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the correct use of materials to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:
  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision.
  • The employee may be required to lift up to 45 lbs.
