Job description

A growing, high-volume interventional pain practice is seeking a BE/BC Pain Medicine physician (fellowship training required) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Rapid City, South Dakota.


Position Highlights:

  • Full-time Pain Medicine physician role (fellowship required)
  • Join a collaborative team of 1 full-time and 5 part-time pain specialists
  • Robust APP support and integrated clinic model
  • High-volume practice seeing 100+ patients per day
  • Four fully equipped interventional suites with fluoroscopy and ultrasound
  • Additional OR access available for procedures as needed
  • Multidisciplinary spine and pain program closely aligned with neurosurgery, including regular case conferences
  • Pain medicine functions as a primary entry point for spine-related care, supported by on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and advanced imaging (including MRI)
  • Physician-led dyad leadership structure with active provider involvement in organizational decision-making and system governance
