The Maintenance & Engineering Team is a matrix organization within Beyond Meat that is dedicated to creating food products that are leading the gold standard in plant-based proteins. They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in Devault, PA as Manager, Maintenance and Engineering.The Manager, Maintenance & Engineering, is responsible for managing and directing the daily maintenance activities of a high-volume, multi-shift facility while providing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that affect plant efficiency. This role leads site maintenance and engineering initiatives, supports capital projects, and ensures the maintenance and engineering teams have the resources needed to drive safety, quality, and operational performance. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
