This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being fully integrated into our dynamic team. • Administer comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health challenges and collaboratively develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions that focus on enhancing personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Utilize teletherapy solutions to offer counseling services for clients with mobility issues or those who prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care within the treatment process.
• Engage in professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health.

• An active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude when working with clients’ personal experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and handle administrative responsibilities.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in addiction therapy or specialized training in trauma-informed care. A history of community-based work, understanding cultural competencies, and knowledge of contemporary therapeutic techniques will be advantageous.
