Beyond Limits Health System is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability. As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health care to diverse populations, including both adults and youth, through our community health clinic model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care.
  • Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders about client progress and treatment plans.
  • Develop and provide tentative schedules for appointments, home visits, and monitoring observations to track patient progress effectively.
  • Coordinate and conduct home visits for in-home observations, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and plans.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and updates.
  • Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to certify staff in best practices for program implementation and documentation standards.
  • Provide follow-up interviews and support visits to ensure ongoing client care and adjustments in treatment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, the public, and the mental health community, aiding in the development and achievement of treatment goals.
  • Assist in creating training materials to enhance program quality and staff competency.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC with Beyond Limits Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of populations, including both adults and youth.
