Beyond Limits Health System is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability. This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Our collaborative team utilizes modern technologies and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to enhance the delivery of care. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders about client progress and treatment plans.
• Develop and provide tentative schedules for appointments, home visits, and monitoring observations to track patient progress effectively.
• Coordinate and conduct home visits for in-home observations, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and plans.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and updates.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Organize and deliver training sessions to certify staff in best practices for program implementation and documentation standards.
• Provide follow-up interviews and support visits to ensure ongoing client care and adjustments in treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, the public, and the mental health community, aiding in the development and achievement of treatment goals.
• Assist in creating training materials to enhance program quality and staff competency.

As an LPC with Beyond Limits Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of populations, including both adults and youth. Through tailored therapeutic approaches, you will help address a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia is required.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance abuse is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of applicable legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team setting.
• Experience with EMR software and other relevant technologies is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven expertise in counseling practices relevant to family dynamics, substance misuse recovery, or trauma-informed care. Experience in training and supporting other healthcare professionals will also be advantageous, supporting our commitment to ongoing staff development.
