The Team Lead will manage all aspects and functions in the Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center in Greenville to ensure that the customer's experience is meaningful, informative, and that in-center encounters result in high customer satisfaction. Manage staff to ensure all customers (walk-in, telephonic or electronic) are warmly greeted, their needs are assessed quickly and they are referred to the appropriate setting, person, information or tools to address their needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage staff and overall operations of the Greenville Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center to meet or exceed performance goals related to sales, service, care/wellness support, and community.

  • Track, analyze and report on Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center performance and local marketing efforts; work closely with corporate staff and leaders to review and take corrective actions as needed to achieve goals.

  • Develop concepts and ideas to incent performance (e.g., sales contests, sales programs, member engagement programs, etc.); execute or coordinate/integrate with other areas

  • Ensure appropriate Center schedules, procedures and processes are followed, tools are available and store appearance reflects Center standards (including contact/lead or care support tracking and follow up for all customers who come into the Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center)

  • Create a work environment that supports and encourages creativity, customer commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm and personal growth and development.

  • Motivate, empower and coach employees to achieve business objectives and achieve individual and team high performance

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • 5+ years of experience in related field

  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field

  • Must have North Carolina Health license or obtain within 60 days of employment.

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.

Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance.
