An upscale organic grocery market in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Barista / Smoothie Manager to lead its specialty beverage program. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coffee professional to build and oversee a best-in-class coffee and smoothie operation focused on quality, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience in specialty coffee, cafés, premium retail, or hospitality
  • Proven experience developing and managing a coffee and/or barista program
  • Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, coffee sourcing, and beverage quality standards
  • Experience creating smoothie, juice, or wellness-focused beverage programs is highly preferred
  • Ability to hire, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong inventory, ordering, and cost control experience
  • Passion for hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest service
  • Participation in regional or national barista competitions is a strong plus
Responsibilities
