Position Summary
The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations at The Driskill, including restaurants, bars and in room dining. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, maintaining high service standards, and leading a large, dynamic hospitality team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and banquet operations
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to grow F&B profitability
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B managers and service teams
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and culinary programming
  • Oversee service standards to ensure luxury guest experiences
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Partner with the sales and events teams for group dining and large-scale events
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service and offerings

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality
  • Experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or resort environments preferred
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and multiple outlets
  • Knowledge of beverage programs including wine, cocktails, and bar operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • Experience managing high-volume banquet or event operations
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and POS platforms
