Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by accurately taking, preparing, and serving food and beverage orders while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and service standards. This position supports daily food and beverage operations by delivering outstanding customer service, following established recipes and procedures, maintaining health and sanitation standards, and contributing to a welcoming hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
  • Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and outlet procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and comply with all cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations in accordance with department standards and health regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, internal controls, gaming regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Present a professional appearance and deliver exceptional guest and team member service at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Previous food service, server, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate mobile devices, touch-screen technology, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout restaurant and gaming environments.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Exposure to elevated noise levels, secondhand smoke, cleaning chemicals, and hospitality operations.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and manual dexterity required to prepare and serve food and beverages.
  • Ability to maintain balance, coordination, and endurance throughout assigned shifts.
  • Frequent interaction with guests and team members requiring effective verbal communication.

Schedule
  • Due to the dynamic nature of hospitality and entertainment operations, team members must be available to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.
  • Travel is not required for this position.
