Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hospitality-driven Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our beverage program. This role is responsible for overseeing the bar beverage operations across our outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and helping shape the unique atmosphere that makes our bars stand out.

What You'll Do
  • Curate, develop, and refresh innovative cocktail, wine, beer, and beverage menus.
  • Lead day-to-day beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls to maintain healthy margins.
  • Monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire bar teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create memorable guest experiences and drive the overall vibe and culture of our bars.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new products, and emerging beverage concepts.

Qualifications
