The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property
  • Utilize computer based software to generate documents
  • Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the games
  • Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted for
  • Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basis
  • Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor
  • Report violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controls
  • Receive testing on a quarterly basis
  • Reach specific performance goals at one year and maintain
  • Take photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and events
  • Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management
  • Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls
